Textbookなんとなく音楽がわかっているように見えるので、大丈夫ですよ。Plain verb + 「っぽい」 means "seems": 「分かってるっぽい」 replaces 「わかっているように見える」. Also 「ている」→「てる」, 「が」 dropped, 「ので」→「から」, and 「大丈夫ですよ」→「大丈夫だって」 (「だって」 = "I'm telling you").
