Textbookそれはやめてください。それはやめてください。Polite 'やめてください' becomes 'やめてくれ': 'くれ' is the blunt imperative of 'くれる', here a desperate, pleading 'don't do that.'

Someone calls out for a doctor in an emergency but adds very specific demands about what kind of doctor they will accept.

Textbook女性のお医者さんでも、特に問題はないでしょう。'でしょう' becomes blunt 'だろ', and '別に' (≈'特に') is tacked on at the end: 'there's no particular problem, is there?'

Culture note In Japanese comedy duos, your partner is your 相方 (aikata), and a duo can't do its act alone.

Textbookなぜなら、今日は相方がいないからです。Line-initial 'だって' replaces 'なぜなら', and explanatory 'んだよ' replaces '〜からです' to give the excuse.
