あいつ, こいつ, そいつ and どいつ are casual words for people: “that guy”, “this guy”, “that one (you mentioned)”, “which one”. They replace あの人, この人, その人 and どの人. Between friends they can sound friendly; about strangers or superiors they sound rude.
